From the South, traveling north on I-405:
- From 405 North take the NE 4th Street Exit
- Turn right onto NE 4th Street
- Turn left onto 116th Ave NE and continue North for about seven-tenths (.07 miles) of a mile
- The clinic is 5 driveways north of the traffic light at the NE 12th ST intersection, on the east side of the street.
- Take a right into the driveway at 1632 (address on white post)
- Drive around to the back of the building, we are located in Suite D
From the North, traveling south on I-405:
- Take the NE 8th ST Exit West towards the “Bellevue Square” shopping area (Exit #13A).
- At the end of the off ramp take an immediate right onto 112th AVE NE
- Continue on 112th through the NE 10th ST traffic light heading North
- Take a right at the next light onto NE 12th ST (this will take you back over I-405, heading East; You will see Overlake Hospital to your right)
- Take a left at the next traffic light onto 116th AVE NE
- Once you have turned onto 116th (heading North), we are 5 driveways north of the intersection on the right-hand (east) side of the street.
- We are located in Suite D at the back of the building. (Follow the driveway and “Bellevue Heart” signs to the back.)
